Tanner loves life and meeting new people. He believes that by staying as fit as possible, he'll have a better chance at being able to do the things he loves for years to come.
He holds degrees in exercise physiology, clinical nutrition, and sports science. He is certified as a strength and conditioning specialist by the National Strength and Conditioning Association and is a certified fitness and nutrition coach with Precision Nutrition. Tanner has worked in a variety of medical fitness facilities across the country and is the creator of the Stronger Living Assessment which he uses with clients to maximize their efforts. Tanner's expertise is in making fitness stick. He knows what works when it comes to motivating clients and getting results. By using a variety of assessment and implementation tools in each training session, he gives his clients a direct path to stronger living.
